Ms. Ross serves as Senior Vice President and National Sales & Distribution Leader for Commercial Lines, having joined the company in 2022.
She is responsible for the overall sales strategy and execution for all parts of our Commercial Lines segment, and provides sales and underwriting leadership to our Field Organization, Inside Sales and Sales Execution & Development teams.
Since starting her insurance career as a teenager in her father’s agency, she has gone on to lead teams on the agency, carrier, and network sides of the industry, most recently serving as the National Sales Leader for a network. She also has a background in sales consultation and career coaching services, having operated her own firm.
Leanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Michigan State University. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), a Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and a licensed property & casualty producer.
