Our company is dedicated to making a positive difference in all of the communities where our employees work and live. Through the Utica National Group Foundation and the generosity of our employees, dozens of civic and charitable causes are positively affected each year through both the volunteer efforts of our employees and the monetary donations and grants from employees and our foundation.
In addition, each year employees field a team for the American Heart Association Heart Walk and host the fun Duck Days, a rubber duck “race,” to support the Children’s Miracle Network. These are just two of the dozens of events our employees take part in to support our communities.
Utica National Group Foundation also sponsors a generous matching gift program for colleges and universities that allows employees to double the amount of their gift through a company match.
