Tom joined Utica National in 1987 as an Underwriter. He was named to his current position in 2017, having previously served as Assistant Vice President and Director of Regional Underwriting Operations at the New York Metropolitan Regional Office.
He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the New York Institute of Technology and holds a New York State broker’s license for property and casualty insurance.
