Located in Des Plaines, and not too far from Chicago, Founders Insurance joined the Utica National group of companies in 2010, having started with $100,000 in capital and 3 employees in 1901 as Mutual Fire Insurance Company. Today, Founders employs some 200 people over 5 states – including a smaller regional office in Indianapolis and a law office in Chicago. The team includes an energetic, diverse workforce speaking nearly 20 different languages.
