  • School District and Educators Legal Liability Coverage (SDELL)

    Provides coverage from legal liability for acts, errors or omissions committed in the discharge of school duties.

  • Abuse and Molestation Liability

    Coverage for your vicarious liability for damages arising out of abuse or molestation (including sexual misconduct or sexual molestation).

  • Employment Practices Liability Insurance

    Provides coverage for allegations of harassment, wrongful termination, failure to promote, discrimination, etc.

  • Employee Benefits

    Coverage for you and any employee authorized to act in the administration of your employee benefit programs for legal liability for breach of duty, neglect, error, omission, misstatement or misleading statement in the administration of your employee benefit programs.

    Covers expenses due to violent and man-made events like food poisoning that require intervention by authorities.

    Covers “wrongful acts” of law enforcement and security officers while acting within scope of their law enforcement duties for you.

  • School Bus Replacement Cost

    Optional School Bus Replacement Cost Coverage provides replacement cost coverage for owned buses 10 years old or newer that were originally purchased new by you. At the time of loss, we will allow you to replace the bus with an equivalent new bus or reimburse you for the cost to repair or replace the bus without deduction for depreciation.
